These terms and conditions and the application form comprise the agreement pursuant to which the Investment Training Company provides classroom courses to the customer.
Booking Terms & Conditions
It is the responsibility of the person making the booking to ensure that the selected courses are suitable for their needs.
Any change in the customer’s contact details must be notified in writing.
ITC does not accept responsibility for registering customers with professional bodies or entry for the relevant exams.
Courses or study materials are not transferable between customers.
Study materials will be issued on the first day of the course. If you would like materials in advance of the course please call us on 0207 194 8323 to arrange delivery or to collect from us. Please note that delivery will be subject to a charge of £10 per item.
If a customer wishes to cancel a course:
- more than 14 days prior to the course start date, the full course fee will be refunded less a £100 administration charge;
- within 14 days of the course start date, no refund will be given.
If a customer wishes to defer to a later sitting or transfer to a different course, provided at least 14 days notice prior to the course start date is given and subject to availability, no additional charge will be made, other than forany additional study materials that may be required.
ITC reserves the right to cancel, reschedule or change the location of a course if considered necessary and without penalty. ITC undertakes to inform customers as soon as the change is made and customers may book an alternative course at no extra charge, or receive a full refund or credit against future courses.
You will receive email confirmation that we have received your online order. Your booking is not confirmed until we have issued your confirmation invoice, which will follow by separate email.
Credit Crard Payments
Once transactions have been completed customer credit card details will be distroyed.
